With a dedication to innovative solutions for bespoke luxury environments, Cheryl has over 20 years of interior design experience in the hospitality industry. Her depth of knowledge in craftsmanship, styling, strategy, and her stringent attention to detail  offers great value to property owners, elevating standards and enhancing brand relationships.  As a Senior Design Manager for the Luxury Brands at Marriott International for 10 years, her portfolio included Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and the Luxury Collection Hotels, managing numerous project from concept to completion. 

Cheryl knows that prudent financial planning and scheduling; strong knowledge of industry standards; adhering to brand standards; and incorporating the latest design strategies, are crucial elements to delivering a successful project on schedule and on budget.  To ensure that smooth  transition from design concept to installation,  Cheryl partners with the premier specialist across the globe in the fields of design, project management, lighting, art and procurement. 

Cheryl creates a design narrative with local relevance and brand identity.  She sources talent, engaging the proper expertise for the project and a competitive fee structure.  Attentive collaboration with the brand global design team, simplifies the process.  From concept to schematic, and through design development, she reviews all documentation for adherence to brand standards and industry expectations, and always works closely with the procurement agent to oversee a successful installation.  

Azadeh worked as an Architect and interior designer, later in her career she started to work in Marriott International as a senior project coordinator on brand standards and the global strategies team. Later she continued her career as a design manager on Marriott’s lifestyle brands (Aloft,Ac, Element), Where she successfully executed many projects.

Azadeh achieved her degree from Azad University in architecture and engineering and immediately after, achieved her degree in interior design at the institute of technology of Canada.

Azadeh holds a master's degree in architecture and urban planning from the University of Nuertingen-Geislingen in Germany. She is a Green LEED associate. She has hold two architectural and Interior design positions outside the US where she worked on initial concepting through construction completion. 

Azadeh began her interior design career in restoration hardware in VA and subsequently returned to architecture with Amiricon engineering.
