A call between the stake holders and HDC will establish a general scope of work, budget and timeline. This may include a virtual walk through or a scheduled site visit.
Initial Presentation includes a design narrative, mood boards, and space planning layout, This is an essential step in understanding and communicating design intent.
This presentation begins to define the design and will include floor plans, feature elevations, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) selections for review and approval.
At this stage, tagged Floor Plans, renderings if contracted, FF&E final selections, and specifications if contracted are approved.
HDC will manage the RFI (request for information) between the contractor and consultants, confirm implementation of the plan and offer VE (value engineering) alternatives if required.
HDC will follow through with the art installation, accessorizing, punch lists and finalizing the project scope of work.
